cancellation and refund policy
As an independent business, late cancellations and rescheduling is very damaging to me.
All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment using the link in the email confirming your booking. We do not accept cancellations/ rescheduling by direct email or text messages.
If you cancel your appointment before the 48-hour rescheduling window, your booking fee will remain valid for three months from the original booking date and will be credited directly to your booking account within 48 hours.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of deposit. Additionally, you will need to book a new appointment via the online portal.
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, this will result in the registered card on file being charged for the remaining balance for the service that was booked.
